上一期咱们说明了关于考研小作文中，函件的功用句。本期修改和我们一同共享，考研小作文另一类体裁——告诉类的功用句。

告诉的写法
告诉写法跟函件类似，可是告诉不必写最初的称号，只用在初步行的中心写上“notice”。告诉一般分三段
第一段：标明写告诉的动机，意图。
第二段：告诉的具体要害，标题有规则，假定没有规则，要靠自个合理愿望弥补。
第三段：标明谢谢和祝好。

01. 第一段的写法
常用句型：
i am writing the notice in order to do…
i am writing the

notice for the purpose of doing…
i am writing the notice with a view to doing…
i am writing the notice so that +语句
以上均可翻译变成：我写此告诉的意图是……。

02. 第二段的写法
常用句型:
1. please kindly pay attention to what runs as follows:
first, …. second, …. last, ….
敬请留心如下内容：首要，……。其次，……。最终，……。
2. i would like to draw your attention to what runs as follows:
first, …. second, …. last, ….
敬请留心如下内容：首要，……。其次，……。最终，……。

03. 第三段写法
1. thank you for your attention. with best wishes.
谢谢重视，顺祝好。
2. i do appreciate your attention. i wish you all the best.
谢谢重视，顺祝满足。
3. i am grateful to you for your attention. with my best regards to you. 谢谢重视，顺致问好。
